2. Description of Service

SimpleImport App provides tools to help music stores import their inventory from Discogs, spreadsheets, and other sources. The Service is operated as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution with monthly or annual subscriptions.

3. Ownership and Use

We own the code for SimpleImport App. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payment
